Thickening Problems

I'm trying to thicken this face but get the error message Error: The selected faces could not be offset.
Try adjusting the offset/thickness value or changing the selection of faces. From the screen shot there's a curl I'm thinking this is the issue but no matter what I try I'm not able to remove that curl.

You are facing issue while doing thicken operation, It will great if you share that f3d file where you trying thicken, then gets better idea to resolve your issue.

I may have sent you the wrong file. This is the correct one.I think the issue has something to do with (Body4) the curl. This is the error message I get.
