Erasing edges after combining bodies for fillets

I have a simple set of legs that consist of multiple bodies joined together with the combine tool, but the corners still have the lines at the former intersection of the bodies. This is preventing me from filleting the object as it would appear in real life. The legs represent square tubing that would be welded together are the bodies intersection, I would like to combine the bodies to make one planer face.

It seems like the bodies are not truly joined together. If you can share your model here, we can take a look at it.
