How to model a 180 degrees bend in Sheet metal

Hi,

I am trying to model a 1.5 mm strainless steel plate with a 180 degree bend using the sheet metal tools in Fusion. The bend I am trying to model is similar to the lower middle bend in the attached .pdf file.

Have any of you done this befor or have ideas of how to do it?

Hello!

Thanks for the Money Clip, now i know "Joined Contour Flange" function exists.

But still, i have problems with the same task. I need to make a 180 bend – a "hem", which is clearly possible to make. But i couldn't make it in Fusion 360 without breaking the unwrap.

Could somebody please suggest me a good way of making this ?

Sketch1 is unconstrained - never a good sign.

Origin not in logical location.

You might want to move the Slot a bit to line up in folded state.

180° bend in sketch. (Exactly like in the Money Clip example (that was greater than 180°).)

Cut perpendicular to flat.
