Error "Mesh, T-spline and surface bodies will not be included in drawing"

I am creating simple shapes for students to recreate in paper by following dimensions on a drawing.

On 3-15 and 3-21, I was able to make a simple shape (small, open-topped boxes) and then make a new drawing with top, front, right side, and isometric views.

I create the shape in model and use patch to delete an opening for the top of the shape

When I tried to make a third one today I got the error "Mesh, T-spline and surface bodies will not be included in drawing." I tried to go back to my two previous shapes and got the same error.

Has something changed in the program? What am I missing?

There hasn't been any updates to fusion in the past month, and you've never been able to put a surface body in a drawing. It sounds like your creating a surface body by deleting a face in the patch environment. Don't know why it seemed to work for you before. Attache your file if you need help with a work around for your situation.

Thanks for the clarification.
It is weird that I was able to do it before.
For now, Before I make copies for my students I'll just trace the hidden
lines I want to represent as visible through the cut out top.
