Can I put a C'bore hole in 1 plate and a tapped hole in a second plate with one hole feature?

So I can add Soc Hd Cap Screws?

Short answer :
No.

Long answer:

Currently, in a single Hole feature you can create holes in two ways:

Selecting a face or plane - Single Hole
Using sketch points - Multiple points
All the holes created in this mode will be of same type having same parameters.

So, you need to create two separate hole features - one for the counterbore hole and another for the tapped one.

No. but you can make the c-bore go thru all and then add a thread feature only to the hole that goes thru the second plate. it will resize the hole to the right tap drill Dia.
