    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you mean the finished model is to be thickened, given wall thickness?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;or more likely, a solid that would be produced if the windows and lights were filled?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For the second option, you would likely make a copy, and include the windows and lights, Patch the wheel arches, stitch them all together. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then you can Boundary fill the cavity.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My thoughts might help....&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Car Modeling – how to create a solid shape for CNC</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Autodesk community,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Fusion 360 has been exciting to learn for me over the last weeks.&lt;BR /&gt;I have been managing to create what I wished pretty well so far with tutorials, but now I need&amp;nbsp;some troubleshooting&amp;nbsp;with a shape that is supposed to be CNC-cut from layered plates of wood.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To do so, the shape of a car as attached to this post in&amp;nbsp;screenshots has to becomes a solid volume.&amp;nbsp;In the end, everything under the "skin" of the car up until the xz-plane and yz-plane is&amp;nbsp;supposed to be solid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"Trimming" and "boundary fill" options have not worked as desired.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Would you have a solution in mind?&lt;BR /&gt;Any help appreciated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
