When adjusting a sketch at a plane at angle, the sketch origin moves

Hi everyone!

Im in a bit of a pickle. I am drawing a canoe in fusion 360. At each end of the canoe (i.e the bow and stern) i have drawn a plane at an angle in aid to change the angle of my bow and stern. Currently the plane is 90 degrees which allows the ends to be perfectly vertical however, when i want to rotate the plane say 17degrees, the sketch moves.

Any help would be great!!

This isn't an issue, this is how it's supposed to be

If you want another plane at angle 17 as you say, create a new one

My guess is that your sketch is lacking some necessary constraints. Care to share your file?
