Accessing the parameters windows on latest update of Fusion 360

Greetings!

I'm trying to input parameters into my sketch and be able to modify them from the window. I haven't used the feature that much, but if I recall you would access it in the model by going to the modify panel and it would be under "delete". This is confirmed on this fusion Change Parameters dialog box. With the new update (2.0.4233), I am no longer seeing this. Was it moved / removed, or am I going crazy? Thanks!

Think you might have history disabled, is there a timeline at the bottom of the screen?

I just enabled history, and it looks like that fixed it. Thanks for you're help.
