How to copy feature from one body to another body?

Attached is an image showing 3 bodies, the storm trooper is a completed model, I want to copy the geometry for the hole and half sphere in the storm trooper model and apply it to darth vader and iron man models, how ?

I've moved on a little, I've now created the geometry for the cylinder and bottom half of the spheroid, I've create a new model x 2 and placed in in the location I want in both the ironman and darth vader models, the issue now, how to subtract those models from the others so that the results is similar to the storm trooper ?

The models have to many polys to convert, both "mesh to brep" and "convert" fail.
