    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just tried to create a drawing where I wanted to show the measurement (in the red box) you see in the screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="Screen Shot 2018-08-01 at 11.12.13.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/529700i4ACE514DBCD96A8E/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screen Shot 2018-08-01 at 11.12.13.png" alt="Screen Shot 2018-08-01 at 11.12.13.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;My problem is,&amp;nbsp;that in the drawing I'm missing the vertical line (B witch has a given length of 350mm) and also the point (A). In drawing mode the dimension tool does not let my snap to an arbitrary point on the object/model.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I fought then that I could create a sketch in my model providing my the missing reference points. But I was not able to display the sketch in the drawing.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I think your problem is sketch lines that are construction lines don't show in the drawing workspace.&lt;/P&gt;
