topic Timeline Animation capture? in Fusion Design, Validate & Document Forum

Hello, I'm currently looking to see if there is a way to capture the Design Timeline steps animation. This is the animation that plays when you press the play button next to the Model Timeline. Not sure if it can be done inside of Animation, since it is replaced with the Animation Timeline and the build steps is now missing.

You could use Autodesk Screencast.

There is most likely a red Record button in the upper right corner of your Fusion 360.

You can use Autodesk Screencast for This to capture .

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/simplecontent/content/download-autodesk-screencast.html

Thanks for the quick reply. We were curious for educational purposes so the instructor could evaluate who each student worked on their part. Using the play button to the right of the Design timeline, we were hoping that could be exported, as we don't need to see every mouse movement, just each step the student did for their parts. Since Fusion is cloud based, the exported video file could then be used to turn in for credit and show that they completed the assignment.

there is an add in which lets you export the animation https://github.com/amandaghassaei/Fusion360-Design-History-Animation
