Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, it poses 2 issues that I would need to face:

Scaling the entire part along an axis would also change the size of the holes, whereas I would need the holes to maintain their scale and only change the length of the midsection.

I would need to find a unique scaling factor for 64 pieces (for my particular project) and apply it one at a time, but I would rather avoid this repetitive process in lieu of a more efficient method.

Ideally, I would be able to come up with the base shape and specify the length as a variable parameter, and then duplicate the part a certain number of times with different values used each time.

I need to create 50+ parts which are identical but must all have different dimensions.

The length of each part must be adjustable along the red line in the image below. What would be the most efficient way to go about doing this for a large amount of parts? Thanks for any help.

IMHO scale isn't a good option, because it might mess with some dimension you don't wont to be changed. Perhaps you might want to check the FusionSheeter Add-in. This allows you to maintain and name different configurations, change the current design or batch-export them.

Thanks for the suggestion.

This looks more along the lines of what I need I will take a closer look into it at a later time, but for now, would you know if this method allows me to duplicate the same item with different length parameter each time?

I watched the video but it shows primarily the use from a spreadsheet into Fusion360, which is also useful for my case.

Sure. You can either manipulate user or model parameters. If you sketch contains a total length parameter than you can manipulate this in the spread sheet by defining 50 sets.
