Knurled Surfaces Help

Hi All,

I am trying to add knurling to one of my parts and Fusion keeps rejecting what I try to do. I currently made two coils and then did a sweep. Next I mirrored the sweep and here's where I get stuck. When I try to pattern the mirrored image I get stuck.

The yellow warnings in your timeline should be fixed as soon as they occur. Errors will inevitably occur later if they aren't fixed.

Deleting sketches is a bad practice in Fusion 360. I'd recommend you start fresh.

Is this what you're trying to do?

The pattern on the upper section was done by selecting all of the faces in both the original V groove and its mirror. No other changes were made to your file.
