&lt;P&gt;Then, assuming that there are no moving parts in that assembly the OP should apply a rigid group joint at the root level.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then grounding the object in the assembly &amp;nbsp;will work as intended.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Joint between component and origin</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to pin a component to the origin.
