    <description>&lt;P&gt;Imagine you take a small sphere with the diameter of how much you want to thicken it and roll it over the entire surface. Can it touch the surface in every point ? If not, that's one&amp;nbsp;reason it might&amp;nbsp;not work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Surface curvature is often another reason.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you share the model ? (export as .f3d and attach)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Any ideas on what I can do to fix this? thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
