topic Error. Combine - Cut bodies. in Fusion Design, Validate & Document Forum

Im making a tube that splits into 2 parts then comes back together. To make this i made two tubes using the lofting function. the first and last 2 profiles for each of the 2 tubes are identical. the reason for this is so the two tubes merge almost seamlessly.

I was the planing to combine them, delete the two end faces then use the thicken tool.

my issue is of course that these two bodies when positioned correctly to be combine they inherently share many faces at the ends so im left with this error.

"Error: There was a problem combining geometry together.
If attempting a Join/Cut/Intersect, try to ensure that the bodies have a clear overlap (problems can occur where faces and edges are nearly coincident).
Failed to Boolean bodies together"

I'm pretty new to Fusion so im wondering what is the best way to combine these?

Why don't you Loft them in Model workspace as solid bodies that are joined into one, and then Shell it from the ends?
