Surface isnt flat, not showing line

I have shelled out an enclosure but it appears to have made a weird shape. when i rotate i can see that the shape has cut out a section in the body but doesnt show any lines on the face to show there is a change in geometry.

i ahve atatched a video to help explain what im seeing.

Are there any unresolved issues indicated in the Timeline?

i have managed to do it by using the patch workspace and using 3d sketches
