I am posting this in case anyone else has this problem. I watched tutorials and researched and came up with the solution...

The drawing was created in AutoCAD. I exported the drawing as an IGS file and opening it in Fushion360...no bubbles and the file can be manipulated.

I am a newbie as of today. I have just imported both an AutoCAD .DWG and the same file as a .DXF. In both cases a host of tiny bubbles is all over the drawing both on the lines and off. I have researched and found only one suggestion that had no effect. I tried to shut off Points (uncheck Show Points). Can someone please tell me how to turn off the "tiny bubbles" (sounds like that terrible old song).

PS, from doing the research I found Sketch Check and installed it but it has not shown up in a menu box yet.

Many thanks,

The tiny;y bubbles are line/arc end points and because they are likely white it means they are not connected with end point constraints.

I don't know what you imported, but generally importing dxf files is fraught with many problems which mostly can be attribute do bad DXF files.

As you are new, have to taken the time to go through the tutorials in the Support and Learning section ?

Many thanks for your reply.

Being the smartest guy in the room, and not noticing I am alone, I decided to jump in and see what would happen. Now I will go and review the tutorials. Excellent suggestion.

BTW, you are correct that the circles are white. I guess I am surprised AutoCAD 2018 .DXF's can also be problematic.
