Closing an awkward Mesh.

Slowly learning, but stuck at a point here.

I am attempting to 3D print a long design, but I wanted to add a hole running the entire length to insert a PVC pipe for guidance. I was able to make a cylindrical mesh in the middle of each of the three pieces. However I can't seem to close the mesh itself. ((and using "Make Closed Mesh" always causes a loss of detail.))

I've also tried the Patch mode as many suggested, but cant seem to get any purchase on the current mesh.

I even attempted "Reverse Mesh" to no improvement.

I've added the Handle Merged.stl file as an example. Hoping to keep the "hole" mesh open, and close the open area around it to the outer "Handle" Mesh.

Any and all Help would be appreciated, Thank you!

I don't know what the rule is, but One can never find a solution until you ask, then you figure it out.

I tried meshmixer two or three times, and couldn't find the right way to use it. Until I saw your answer.

Thank you very much!
