&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I`ve made a din rail holder no issues. There are two post on the main base that will hold some PCB crards. I`ve made the two post solid to be strong enough to hold the boards. However when I print the board the posts are hollow and very fragile. Any Idea what is causing this?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The results you're getting are a function of the slicer settings you're using and the geometry of the part you're trying to print. To make a part stronger, you can increase the number of shells (to 3 or 4), change the orientation of the part, make elements larger in your design, or any number of other things.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Perhaps you should consider to split your design in several parts to get optimal surfaces and optimal strength.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2355458"&gt;@jodom4&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned, hollow parts are the nature of FDM / FFF 3d printing. You have to define the behavior like number of perimeters and infill type in your slicer software. You can find some more information about the behavior of perimeters and shells here:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you want to get even better results in certain areas you might want to check the following video about smart infill. This idea is a workaround (???) for&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://reprapltd.com/fibre/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;'fibres'&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;because they're not implemented in Fusion 360.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Your material choice is also important depending of your needs in stiffness, strength or temperature. And even printing temperature and if your filament has absorbed moisture changes the result.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
