Hey, I'm getting a compute failure when attempting to patch the top skin on this model. It computes fine in the preview, but then it dies when I hit OK. This worked fine when I attempted it on the Left model, not sure what's different about the right model that is causing it to fail. Can anyone give me some advice?

@dprusock - this appears to be a bug in Patch. I'm not sure why the final compute fails but the preview is OK. However, in this case, you can use Loft instead. It's a bit clunky because you need to trim the resulting surface, but you'd have to do that for the inner cutouts anyway. Here is a screencast:

using imported geometry is always chancy because you don't know how clean the geometry is. in this case not very. below is a pic of the curvature combs. the spikes at the end of curves sometimes means there is high curvature right at the end of the line that you can't see with the naked eye. that type of thing drives fusion crazy. the right side is a little worse off than the left. I tried the loft that jeff tried, and got a chunky result also. as a work around I mirrored the left side and cut out that divot using the original as a guide. both attempts are in the attached.
