I've been working on a folded aluminum sheet metal chassis for a guitar amp and am having issues with generating a flat pattern. Initially, I was able toggle the flat pattern on and off. However, after I had to delete an extrude and therefore set the project to "Do not capture Design History". After doing that I seem to have lost the flat pattern under my named views, on top of losing the sheet metal rules. Now I can't select a stationary face when I go back to try to regenerate the flat pattern. Any advice on how to get the back to a working flat pattern and reset the sheet metal rule? Hoping to fix this and send the flat pattern .step file out to the metal fabricator this week!
