How to add surface to close body in sculpt?

Hi folks,

I've converted a body from model into sculpt, as I want it to maintain the proper dimensions (i.e., that's why i didn't create the cylinder directly in sculpt). Now i've modified the outer edge of the cylinder, and would like to close the surface. Any suggestions? I've tried importing the original cylinder ends into sculpt, but they end up being square planes...

thanks,

Use Sweep, with Path and Guide Rail, then Stitch all for a solid, fillet etc.

No drama made in Patch from scratch....

thanks dave... i'm new to sweep, and looking at tutorials now... in this case, did you make a line or something to use as the profile, which you then swept with the two curves that form inner and outer edges as path and guide rails? thanks...

Exactly,

A Line between both body edges, then the Sweep worked.

Wile that can be done, to create the object you are holding in your hands in the Canvas you don't need T-Splines at all.

This does not use any T-Splines and is parametric.
