Some problems with BOM

Hey guy's ,

A fieuw questions concerning the BOM

Sins the last update my quantities in the BOM are always the quantities in the whole assembly .

It used to be if you un check the box in the browser the part subtracts from the quantitie in the BOM on that specific page .Is there a way to change this to how it used to be .

And question 2 , the mass of a part is always displayed in grams , what it very frustrating when making staircases of bigger parts , is there a way to switch this to kilograms ?

Hi:

This doesn't directly answer your question (what you describe with the quantity not adjusting sounds like it might be a bug in Fusion) but I build a 3rd party BOM plugin for Fusion called Bommer that may help you get what you need here: to build a BOM for a drawing in Bommer, you select specifically the components you want to include (instead of trying to figure out it out by what is checked in the tree). Hey Jesse,

I am already testing BOMMER right now , i have run in to a small problem .

We useing the bounding box to put the length's of different pipe parts . The longest length posted in bommer is not what i measure on my 2d drawing it was to short every time . What could cause this ?

And is it possible to get angular dimensions in bommer . I only use fusion for building metal

frames and sheet metal parts and this would be a great help if this would be possible .
