Custom Threading

Hello all. First time post & I'm brand new to Fusion 360, so please bear with me on this. I'm reverse engineering a part for a friend & I've tried to have a couple machine shops make the part for me. Even with a sample piece, all of them want a drawing, so here I am, trying to stumble my way through this.

I'm trying to do an internal thread on this part & it's a non-standard thread diameter. The inside bore of this tube is two different sizes, small end being 1.325" & the other is 1.375". Both threads need to be 24tpi. The minor dimensions I have for the threads are 1.340" & 1.390" respectively.

I did see a thread on here about how to modify the library's existing threads, but was wondering if anyone here had a better way to skin this cat.

Sorry for inconvenience you facing but, currently we are not supporting for custom threads.

You could use a coil to create the thread, coil has option for creating triangular coils. You might need to create a sketch to calculate the sizes for the coil dialog.
