Toolpath not machining all material

Hello, Ive been trying to learn fusion 360 more and more daily ive been trying to add toolpath's to this model but i can never get it to machine the 2 top curves maybe im using the wrong feature for the job that needs to be done any help is appreciated thank you very much.

Ive tried Adaptive, Trace, Morphed Spiral but it never seems to come out right

Im using a 3/8" Ball Endmill

I'm no machinist. But here's my best guess:

1. 2D Pocket w/ flat endmill to hog out the interior.

2. Morphed Spiral w/ same flat endmill to hog down most of the perimeter.

3. Morphed Spiral w/ ball endmill, allow tool outside boundary, very small stepover, to finish perimeter.
