I understand what you're looking for and why, but suffice it to say it's almost certain the F360 will never have a version that isn't cloud-connected. The entire platform (from the software development side and the product side) is based on cloud connectivity. If you need something that isn't cloud connected, you might consider Inventor, but it's likely a much more robust tool than you need.

As a hobbyist just getting into 3 d printing I have found Fusion 360 to be a god send for modelling and easy to learn and use . Well done team for such a great product, but I find it being cloud based is most frustrating for small time users, Having to constantly log in and even more frustrating having enter a code. Why can't people like me have a cut down non cloud based version of this software. I would gladly pay a reasonable price to have a non cloud based version . For example I use Vectric 2d for my cnc which is non cloud based and is reasonably priced . I would rather have a non cloud version of your software and pay a reasonable price for a one time licence. Why does the fusion team need to keep track of my files . I don't use the software outside of home so acces to my files is required in the cloud.

I would gladly pay around $500 Aus dollars for a non cloud based limited feature version with more realistic prices to up grade to more powerful versions if required . A non cloud version would also make it less work and save space for the Fusion team as you don't need to keep track of what I am doing. Have a good look look at Vectrics model and get something similar going for us small time users. With the onslaught of many users getting into 3 d printing a non cloud base one time reasonably priced suite could be a big winner for Fusion.
