      <description>&lt;P&gt;All it tells me is to check the body and bend patterns. Being a newbie at this, it doesn't tell me anything about the real cause. Can anyone let me know where I went wrong? I have attached the Fusion 360 project file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The trouble is the 2 end flanges touch and Fusion's modeling kernel automatically combines touching surfaces. In the attached I just changed the end flanges to adjacent. If what I've done is no good you could extrude the end faces a small amount before the flange is added.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Here's the problem, notice the face is combined.&lt;/P&gt;
