You can add it to an empty component and them Move by Component to any place you desire, rotate also. Make sure you place the Canvas on an origin plane of the Component and not the top level Origin plane. Also be sure the new component is not grounded to parent. The video will show all of this. The model I created in the video is attached if you would like to play with it.

Move Canvas issue

Hello! After recent updates I noticed that Move/Copy Tool doesn't work with Canvases and Edit Canvas feature allows you to move only in two axes.

For example if you add Canvas on the Right view, you can move it only Y & Z axis and can't move by X axis. And this is really frustrating because your canvas is always in the middle of the object.

The only solution I found is to add Offset Construction Plane and then add Canvas on this Construction plane. But it's not very convenient.

Is there any way to move canvas in 3 axis without adding it on a construction plane like it was in older versions?

Thank you so much, John! Your solution is great, it's much more convenient than construction planes!
