topic Beginner question: align everything to z axis / reset axis in Fusion Design, Validate & Document Forum

Hi

I am trying to model a playhouse inspired by this: https://dornob.com/modern-magic-building-a-treehouse-for-kids-plans-pics/, https://www.ravnikar-potokar.si/en/hisicaobdrevesu

I managed to create the posts, the platform and the weird angles for the supporting beams.

However, I noticed that the platform is no longer aligned with the Models z-axis but has some weird angle. I guess I messed up during alignment at some point.

I would like now to re-align everything by aligning the platform with the z-axis. But I can not find a way to to this?

I tried to create a rigid group with everything and then align, but I get an error saying "Error: No alignment suggested by geometry could be found"...

Attached is the model. Thank you very much for your support!

Roll your timeline back until the model is where you wanted it and then proceed new from there.

Delete this capture position, plate gets reset, going back to the end now, keeps it level, the poles line up with canvas.

Fix warnings and errors, as they happen.

Use another canvas for the top, then you can keep origin symmetry.

Might help.....
