hello all,

recently I have come into an issue of not being able to import any DXF into my fusion pieces. is there an update that i can force? or do i need to contact customer support?

@oldsoldierwe What errors do you receive on imports? Also can you do the below for us please?

1. Close Fusion
2. Open Fusion again
3. Run the workflow
4. Once it fails go to Fusion - help - support and diagnostic - service utility
5. Run gather system info

Yes sir,

Insert, dxf, from my computer, picked file location, picked plane to apply
it to and go. It just fails to import dxf. I have even tried older dxf
files that have worked in the past, so I assume it is due to an updat or
lack of one. I tried to run the diagnostics and send them to the help team
but it appears the email did not go through.

1. What license type do you have?
2. When you see it fail does it just hang Fusion or does it throw any warning errors?
3. Can you shutdown Fusion/ start it again / run the workflow/ let it fail/ then go into Help - Support and diagnostics- service utility - gather system info - attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip file please?
