Hey there, been searching around and not finding any info on what I'm trying to do here.

While 3D sketching in Solidworks, after selecting a sketch tool (ex: line tool) I can press the TAB key on my keyboard and it will constrain the tool/snap to a particular X/Y/Z plane. Pressing tab multiple times cycles through the planes. This video demonstrates the basic functionality in SW: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c2Gz_nEwYF8

I know that there is some similar functionality in fusion, when you place a 3D sketch point, a triad appears where you can click the plane you want to sketch along. However, the triad does not appear when trying to move existing sketch entities.

So:

- What is the best way to move existing 3D sketch elements while constraining movement to a particular plane?

- Is there a way to use TAB (or any other) key to cycle through which plane we are constrained to as we 3D sketch?

Thank you!
