Sketch Lines Automatically Populating as Construction Lines

This has happened a few times in the past and is happening again.

I made several construction lines, six I believe. Once I finished my construction layout I begin to draw sketch lines, but they show as construction lines automatically as I lay them out forcing me to highlight each line and hit the X key to turn them back into sketch lines.

Is there a way to turn this feature off? I did a search prior to posting, but I could not find a post on this subject.

The construction toggle in the sketch palette works like the "Bold" command in any word processor. If you have something selected, and click it - it converts that item into construction. However, if nothing is selected and you click it, any new geometry created will be created as construction. So, to turn off forward creation of construction curves, make sure nothing is selected, and un-click the button.

I have been using Fusion since 2015 and I have never even used that toggle (at least intentionally) or paid attention to it. I learned something new today.

I've only been using Fusion since the second half of 2018, but pretty early on I looked all over every element of the UI, reading the pop-up tool tips where available, and experimented with almost everything, in an effort to fast-forward my learning curve. This has proven useful in almost every new software I have ever tried out.
