How to rotate a plane in two axes?

I am trying to model a lathe tool and I have problem where I am not able to set an angle of plane in more than 1 axis.

I made a sketch on the plane to cut it out of the body later, the plane is already angled but only in one axis (around axis Y) and I would like to angle it around axis X as well.

I am sorry if it's too easy, it really seems like a basic modelling function. I am a beginner but I spent over an hour searching the internet for an answer.

Hi,

That's what I would do.

rotate plane
1. line in the "X" axis on the existing sketch
2. plane at angle on that line

I could imagine that the "Draft" tool and "Move / Copy" (faces) > both in the "Modify" tab could be interesting for designing the cutting geometry.
