Complicated curved shape

Hello! Does anyone know how to create this curved shape? Since it will be for VR/gameready it doesn't have to be 100% perfect. Unfortunately, I tried to make it all day and I didn't get any result I don't understand how to add additional geometry to this piece. F3d file is added in attachments.

Remove the excess bumps from that section. Create a sketch on the front face. Draw the profile. Sweep it.

I'm not sure what extra geometry you're planing to add, but here is a way to consider modelling this :
The shape clearly has a fixed thickness with all it's details, I recommend creating the main body as a solid with a flat bottom face, and modelling all the details as solids, for example these details shown in the image below, you can model a fully circular part and position it in the right place, then combine it together with the body, and in the end, you can use the shell command selecting that bottom face of the main body, to create a fixed thickness across all the body, but choose the thickness value carefully not to lose somedetails from the inside.

Thanks! Yes I did it the same way, at first I added additional shapes and finally added thickness.

I wanted to add bend metal and looks like Sweep tool is a good enough for this
