How to include a form plane into a sketch outline?

Hello,

I sketched an outline and now want to include a Form plane into it. I did it free hand now (see picture below) but isn't there a better way to do it ?

I'm not 100% sure what you are trying to do. Do you want to create a sketch and project the outline of that form body into the sketch? If so, then exit form mode. This will convert the form into a surface body. Start a sketch, and then project the edge of that surface body into the sketch.

I want to do it exactly the other way around.

I have a sketched outline and now want to 'fill' this outline with a form plane. The outline is sketched from an inserted image and now I want to model the 3D surface of the object.
