3D mouse now works in 2D drawings

This was first posted in the API and Script category while under development. Now that it's up an running I'm cross-posting here.

This project uses 3DxWare configuration files for the Spacemouse to send panning and zooming navigation commands to Fusion 360's 2D drawing mode using 2D mouse emulation. It's not a perfect solution, but it's a lot better than using just a regular mouse.
