Sheet Metal help please

Hello guys,

Is there a way to get a sheet metal part with the features shown in blue?

1- I would like a completely flat bottom

2- I would like the faces of the far flange to be perpendicular to the ground plance.

So far the only way I have found to do this, is to extrude solids to cut the flange geometry. Is there a better way?

That works, this morning things changed a bit and now I need to do this:

I know that in inventor I can make a sketch extrude and then connect to another sheet metal part and it will take on the bend etc. something like that here in fusion would just let me make this flap easily.

I watching this video on your tube from one of the folks at autodesk.

I was hoping to learn how to shape the panels, however this video only shows how to import a flat dxf with the shapes already cut, but what if you are designing this in fusion and need to cut the shapes etc. That is what I would like to know how to make.

I want to star shaping the SM object by pulling flanges and then be able to die cut them.. I don't know if I am making sense.

I sort of figured out by trial and error that the way to change the face profile(s) is to draw a sketch on it and add some operations to that sketch to change it. Very similar to how inventor does, but different workflow.
