Error trying to convert from BREP to T-spline

When i try converting from Brep to T-spline one body in my project is unable to do it, while another one, created in the same way, is fine.

I am a beginner with Fusion so I wonder where the possible problems might be.

To make it more clear, i attached to screenshots.

I wonder why you'd want to do that. It is rarely a good idea.

Can you explain your intention behind this?

Yes ofcourse.

I'm a furniture maker and I made the seat and the back for a coopered chair I need to design.

What I have right now are the rough forms ( I only added a fillet ) and i need to sculpt it to get a more refined and varied form.

Thanks for your interest and if you have suggestions to make this method work or to use a different method, would be appreciated.

maybe it's also useful to add that only the top and bottom face of the seat give me this error. The sides can be converted as well.

looking at the actual model would be useful, can you file->export as .f3d and attach?

I hope you can open it. It only works for me when i'm in fusion, not when i just click on it for some reason

I might look like it works on the backrest, but you can see that on the top and bottom the T-spline vertices converge into a single point creating triangles. That is not useful. T-Spline Geometry.

A T-Spline can be converted into a NURBS surface but the process often does not work in reverse with trimmed NURBS surfaces.

These shapes are simple enough so they can be modeled using just T-Splines. That is more labor-intensive than a pure conversion but it yields better results:
