Need advice replicate model!

Hi, firstly, thanks for post and the interesting morning design challenge. After a little playing around I managed to get something fairly similar to the attached. I think a good approach would be to create the one of the support structures and mirror them around, keeping the top flat at first. Then you can use the loft tool to create a loft from the profile of the top of the supports to a point in space above the part. See attached.

I had same idea before. However, When you focus on top, you will find out it look like square and smooth at top.

Hi Yes I see your point, this kind of geometry is more than likely a job for the form environment, that will give you greater freedom in blending those edges together, have you tried playing around in there at all?

Do you know if this object has a radial symmetry, or if the two front legs share the same direction (plane)?

I only have this picture. I guess it should be radial symmetry. I'm trying repeat railing. Because railing will keep the shape of model.

If you want the legs to blend smoothly with the central cube, then in one way or another, you've got to make sure they sweep out of the cube with tangency.

incase your interested in a completely different approach. this one will allow curvature all the way to the tip. (see attached model)

I test your idea. It's great. I just add more detail by using Pattern/Circular Pattern to rotate rails. Because I can not Cicular Pattern with sketch. I create Solid/Sweep (small) then I use Offset + Split Face to re-create rail.
