How to straighten an body edge?

I had a hard time figuring out where you screen capture was taken from. I will assume you are trying to make the loft come off the rectangular end at 90 degrees. If so, there are three controls to do this. Edit the Loft feature and set profile 1 to Direction as opposed to Connected. Then you set the angle you want the sides to leave the profile in the second red arrow box and adjust the magnitude of the angle effect in the first red arrow box, 1 is default. I used a 2 to emphasis the effect. You can apply the same settings to the other end as well. My Model is attached.
