    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;Hi Fellows,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;Offset&lt;/FONT&gt; &lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;of 3D curve&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; is topologically equivalent to &lt;FONT color="#339966"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;sweep along the curve with a circular profile&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;.
