Insert Fastener Flip Issues

I am trying to use the insert fastener tool, but I can't get the fastener to face the right direction. I have tried multiple holes and faces, and it seems only to let me place the fasteners facing outward (See Screenshot).

Hi ,
You can use Move command to align the fastener.

fine tune the placement by editing the joint created when you insert it.

Hi there,
The same question can someone please tell me, how can I align fasteners correctly using the insert fastener tool when they always face outward, no matter the hole or face I select?

Thanks for the response! I was looking for a way to do it using the Insert Fastener tool so that I didn't have to move each bolt because there were so many.

I was trying to do it inside of the tool so that I didn't have to go back in and move each one, but thank you.

I was attempting to do this, but I could only select the inner face. It might be an issue with the "Structural Member" add-in I used to create the member.

the secondary face needs to be planer. I can't tell from the pics if it is or isn't, but I'm guessing not

Hi Mustafamteck,
I guess that you have design with SURFACES and Fasteners are inserted on one side only, right ? In this case, you can insert Fasteners on "SKETCH POINT(s)" and there is an extra option "Flip" which you can use it directly from the Insert Fastener command. For more information see video :
