In some data sheets I find those kind of short forms:

Cut away the repetitive part of a component with \\

Is this possible to recreate in Fusion360?

You have highlighted a Broken View in a drawing. At the present time, this is not an available feature in Fusion 360 drawings. You could fake it, but it take a reasonable about of work.

if your wondering how to fake it, one way is to use detail views. The source drawing view gets placed off the sheet, and a detail view of either end of the object goes on the sheet.

There is certainly room for improvement but at least I can recreate the drawing if necessary.
