The forum users need your Fusion 360 model. If you only have an STL file, then attach it. There are ways to bend solid models but we really need to see the file to tell you how to do it, if possible. If you do not know how to attach your model, open it in Fusion360, select the File menu and then choose Export and save the .F3D file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a reply forum post to attach it. If you have trouble attaching it, zip it first.

I'm relatively new to fusion 360. I downloaded a STL file from thingiverse that I am attempting to bend before 3D printing. I used the reduce tool to cut down the number of faces and then used the Mesh to BRep function to create a body, but don't know the best way to create a simple curve to the object. I am just a hobbyist trying to bend the handle of a toy for my kid. The part is about 1/2" thick, 6" long round handle. If there is a simple way to make a round object curve to follow a line, please let me know (in the simplest terms possible please)

There is no Bend function for solid non-sheet metal bodies in Fusion 360. If you create a sheet metal body, you can use the Bend command. Since you are coming from a STL file I doubt you can convert it to sheet metal to use this tool. It would be best just to model the component and sketch in the bend you need. If you attach your model the forum users can probably give you a hand. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model, simply open it in Fusion 360, select the File menu, select Export and place the file on you hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

It will not allow me to attach file it says its to big. This being said there must be a simple way to make this very simple action happen. All I wish to do is take an image and bend it to a slight curve

If you all you have is a .stl file, then fusion is most likely the wrong tool. A mesh editing software like mesh mixer is more likely to work. if you made it in fusion, then export the .f3d file and attach that.

there is a forum for mesh mixer where folks will help. one thing that can help when doing transforms on meshes is to remesh it sp most of the faces are about the same size, instead of the jumble of big long triangles and a gazillion little triangles that most cad packages output.

most operating systems have a screen capture tool that come with it.
