There are several airfoil generators, which are all add-ons to Fusion. It would be best to directly contact the developer that wrote the app you're using.

I am not a trained programmer. But it is 2 different plugins that now have the same problem. Both something with file handling. So I thought the common denominator might be Fusion/windows11?

It's not possible to say right now what is the cause of the problem. To investigate any problem like this, I need access to the source code and the steps to reproduce the problem. Currently, I don't have either one. The developer of the add-in is the person that will have the source code, and you can provide them with instructions on how to reproduce the problem so they can investigate this further. If you got the app from the Autodesk App Store, their contact information should be in the column to the right on the page for that app.
