Hello,

It looked some modules Fusion depended on didn't get installed correctly. I would like to recommend you to do a clean uninstall before reinstalling. From the snapshot, I suppose you were using Windows OS. Please follow the steps as below. If I am wrong, I will provide detailed steps for MAC later.

1. Launch Windows Task Manager and make sure all "Fusion360.exe", "FusionLauncher.exe", "AdCefWebBrowser.exe" and "adexmtsv.exe" processes exit. If not, please kill them manually.

2. Go the "Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features" and find the entry "Autodesk Fusion 360" and uninstall.

3. Go to the folder "C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\" and delete the whole folder "webdeploy".

4. Please reinstall Fusion 360.

Where were you downloading Fusion 360? The website would be http://www.appstreaming.autodesk.com/install/app/73e72ada57b7480280f7a6f4a289729f/. I didn't see "Choose your version" option.

If you can still see the issue, please go to C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\ and find the log file "autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log" and post it in the thread for investigation.

Thanks,

Marshal

Hello,

Please take a look at the following thread and see if it was same issue described in the thread? If yes, the issue should have been fixed in the latest update.
