Regarding image display when hovered over a button

Hi,

I want to add an image and description to a work space just like when i hover over Patch button.

An example of output how i want to see results is shared in attachment. Any direct api to achieve it would be really helpful , Thank you.

I assume this is for a custom add-in. See the CommandDefinition toolClipFilename field.

Let me rephrase my question,

I am looking to display an image along with a description while hovering over any of the workspace names from the workspace selector drop down.

To make it clear I would like to add that I am not talking about the hovering tooltip feature of the buttons on the horizontal ribbon on the top.

This functionality is not currently exposed through the API but I've added it to our backlog.
