Unable to Assign Multiple Functions to New 3D Sketch Floors

I am excited to see the addition of floors to 3D Sketch elements but am running into an issue when trying to assign more than one function to the created floors. When trying I receive the error

"Unexpected error occurred. Please retry the action or reload the page to try again."

When trying both of those suggestions, the same error message occurs. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I also see that the areas that do get assigned functions are not being correctly calculated in the GFA area breakdown. All areas are listed as unspecified.

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know!

Indeed, we have a couple of issues here and we're working to fix them. I'll update you when they're resolved.

For what it's worth, we don't (yet) support applying multiple functions to the same floor, so the fix will enable replacing the current function with the new function.

We're cooking up some powerful workflows in that area though, so that limitation should be short-lived.

Great, we appreciate you verifying that it works now!

We noticed the issue could linger in the original building (but is fixed for new buildings), so if you or anyone else sees these issues persisting with a 3D Sketch building that was created in the last day or so (during the time this bug was introduced), you can do one of these:

Copy and paste the building in the main Design mode, delete the original, then reapply the functions to the floors
OR: Click the Reset Levels button in the right panel while editing in 3D Sketch, exit to the main Design mode, and reapply the functions to the floors

Anyway, we're glad it's working again for you, and hopefully these steps help others in case of existing buildings that need a bit of a kick to get past this fleeting issue.

Going forward, everything should be working. 👏

Indeed, we can add floors to 3d sketch geometry but we can´t edit those floor plans!
This feature is a must!

Indeed! It's actually a different problem this time, but yes, we're aware of it and are fixing it now.

Sorry about this, things are changing a lot under the hood right now as we prepare for new functionality that will be announced soon.

Anyway, I'll report back here when this new bug is fixed.
