Hello

I will need Autodesk's help on this one.

My client's Forma hub is linked to a different ACC hub than the one they use. We are unable to make it connect to the correct one, because it's somehow linked to a mysterious one that they are not familiar with.

Hi! Please ask the client to reach out through Forma's product support (available via the "Help" button in the product) and we should be able to investigate.

There is only a 'useless' AI bot to "talk to". How can I open a real case for a real person to look into this?

I believe this is an unusual case and not very common.

Yes, the AI may be unable to assist with this particular matter. Normally, if you keep asking in the chat thread it will loop in a product expert, but I believe I was able to make contact through the product support now.
